Content and Products
I work a lot with service-based companies, however content is important in the world of products as well. And it can often be more challenging. Remember, plugging your products is not the same thing as content that connects to your customers or builds a loyal relationship.
Sometimes I feel like most businesses draw a line between the E-commerce of a company and the content, as if they were two completely separate spheres; but they are part of the same customer experience!
